DB Chart Support
Email us and we will get back to you. Telling us the instrument and roughly when it happened usually gets to an answer fastest.

What we can help with
- An analysis failed or looked wrongIf a chart could not be read, try a clearer screenshot cropped to the chart itself. If it keeps failing, email us and say which instrument and timeframe it was.
- Subscriptions and billingQuestions about DB Chart Pro, the free trial, or a subscription that is not unlocking Pro.
- Restoring a purchaseRegaining access on a new device.
- Signing inTrouble signing in with Apple, or getting back into your account.
- Deleting your accountRemoving your DB Chart account and the data held against it.
Subscriptions and purchases
DB Chart Pro is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it on your device under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged, provided you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
To regain access on a new device, open DB Chart, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases.
Deleting your account
Open DB Chart, tap the account button on the home screen, then Delete account. This removes your account and the usage and subscription records held against it. Analyses saved on your device are removed when you delete the app.
Deleting your DB Chart account does not cancel an App Store subscription — Apple manages that, so cancel it in your subscription settings as well.
Analysis is educational
DB Chart explains what a chart shows. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it does not predict future prices. Always do your own research.
